2. Inspiration

Fear is a powerful and natural emotion that it drives our behaviors, whether we are aware of it or not. It can motivate us to new heights or trigger us to make poor decisions. Fear of not having enough or not being enough makes us feel insecure, pushing us to spend more and do more to validate our worth. But the truth is, you are already enough.

You have enough and you are doing enough. It’s time to break free from “not enough” mindset by first being aware of it.

3. Reflection or Challenge

I will notice if I’m acting out of scarcity. I commit to identifying one negative loop in the next 24 hours. I will choose to believe that there is more than enough and that I am enough in this very moment.

Common example of The Scarcity Loop.

  • Mindset: I’m afraid that I’m not good enough.
  • Choice: I don’t try to go for my dream job.
  • Result: I’m stuck in a job that I hate.

Shifting my mindset from one of not enough to more than enough can change my life:

  • Mindset: Despite my fear, I’m going to prepare myself. I am enough.
  • Choice: I build my resume, seek advice, and apply for new positions.
  • Result: I love my job and am grateful for the opportunity to restart.

4. Closing: Appreciation

Close the meeting with an Appreciation Circle. Give each person a chance to say something they appreciate about the person to their left.
